As a real estate project manager by trade, she has managed and invested in real estate projects nationwide for over 10 years. Miki’s attention to detail, organization, and work ethic move projects to completion effectively and efficiently.

Miki earned her master’s degree in Business Administration and Project Management Professional certificate in Missouri. Her real estate investment portfolio totals over $10MM.

Additionally, Miki is a mother and avid traveler. Her long-term goals include traveling the world while creating generational wealth for her family and educating others on how to reach their goals.

We Distribute
As rental profits from the apartment building are collected, passive investors will receive monthly distributions proportional to their ownership in the property, along with monthly investor updates from our team. Upon completing our business plan, the property will be sold, and investors will receive their initial investment plus the profits upon sale.​
